The White House on Thursday released a raw video footage of the interview of US President Donald Trump with the host of the program «60 minutes» Leslie Stahl, violating the terms of a contract that prohibited publication of the recording before the edited version aired.
«Look at the bias, hate, and rudeness of the program «60 minutes» and CBS», – Trump wrote in «Twitter» Thursday morning, accompanying a post with a link to your page in «Facebook», where the 38 minute interview is published.
Post in «Facebook» immediately attracted attention with over 26,000 comments in less than two hours.
The White House retained a copy of the interview, in which only Trump is visible in the frame, but Stahl can be heard asking questions.
CBS News channel that broadcasts the program «60 minutes», criticized «unprecedented solution» Trump ignored the confidentiality agreement on the video, but said the move would not prevent the program from doing «complete, honest and contextual reporting that presidents have participated in for decades».
